Miiu is a small curious black kitty who was recently abandoned in the middle of a scrub, and its only desire is to feel like he belongs in this new place by reaching the golden sunlight hitting on a tall tree so it can somewhat match its surroundings. Will the best of tries be enough while the sun is slowly setting?

The Shroud: Tapas Comic

An original project I'm working on is "The Shroud", a thriller comic surrounding the story of a calm apartment neighbourhood in 1955, which is suddenly being threatened by the presence of beings pretending to be humans, mimicking their apprearance for a chance to get in the building and satiate their hunger. Based on the plot of the videogame "That's not my neighbor" by Ignacio Alvarado, the mystery of where these creatures come from and how ordinary neighbors will be able to survive together is to be known on the chapters to come.

Hi! I'm Montserrat Torres, better known as Albaricomics: a digital illustrator, comic creator and 2D animator. I'm 24 years old, live in Nuevo Leon, Mexico, and am willing to work on great projects involving the creative process of character exploration, coloring, storytelling and more. Current work tools are Photoshop and PremierePro.
